it DOES need things but most importantly, it passed inspection and is legal to drive.

if you can't get in and go, don't buy it.

when I went to pay sales tax on my car, they told me it was worth $2800.

i bought mine for 2800 told my dad to bargin but he didnt want to dumb *** haha anyway we said we bought it for $200 so the sales tax wasnt high at all

if you bought it used you shouldnt have to pay sales tax on it.
the origional purchaser paid for it.

i bought my 90 gt for 3100 with 120k. it started out nice but now it burns some oil a little..i still think it was worth it though. i would show em 3300 in cash and see if they go down.
