I have located a 1986 LX hatchback. This is an original 5.0/5 spd. car. I remember seeing only one other hatchback LX with the 5.0
in the past of the square headlight foxes for '85/'86.
I know the SSP cars were coupes.
Is this car unique? Valuable? It needs paint badly. Runs fine, looks decent inside, all original with no mods. Can someone give me an idea of what this would be worth. I am considering making an offer to the owner.

I see plenty of '87 and up LX 5.0's.
I thought a non-GT 5.0 would be worth more.

An 86 isn't great for modding unless you want to tear the bottom end of the engine apart.

the only somewhat rare fox cars are a teal cobra, and maby a t-top car. a rare fox is a 1992-93 SAAC car

Yep, that is true UNLESS you are an old school cerb type guy, you can either do the conversion ro use a pre '86.....
