idle and stall problem

I have a 87 gt runs and idles fine for about ten minutes then when it warms up it dies at every time I push the clutch or stop and it idles from 500 to 1500 rpms then dies what should I do

How many miles and what has been serviced, if anything? I would start by checking for vacuum leaks and cleaning the t/b and the IAC motor.
