Default TFS Stage 1

It was suggested to me that I should look at the TFS Stage 1 cam. I DO have stock heads that have been cut up and was looking at the ford letter cams. I dont know anything about the TFS cam, can anyone toss in thier 2 cents

I have the e cam in my car and im not very satisfied with it. Im planning on changing it sometime in the future probably to the TFS stage 1 bc its a lot better cam. Any dual pattern cam will be better then the single pattern cams like the A B C Ford cams. Th dual pattern cams have more lift on the exhaust side so you get rid of more of the exhaust gases in the combustion camber for new clean air. The the reason for a dual pattern.

I am lookin at gettin the TFS stage 1 cam as well b/c i really like the specs of it, however I heard that its good with other trickflow parts but kinda sucks by itself; is this true? Does anyone have any numbers it the TFS cam made with non trickflow heads?

i'm leaning towards this cam as well. How does it sound in comparison to the e-303. i know you guys all say to never choose a cam just for the idle quality and i understand that. i was just wanting an idea of what the idle might compare to.
