Default what do you think of this car?(possible buy)

we're lookin at cars for my friend and we foudn this one and really like it so tell me what you guys think...what worries me is....

his name on the site is sprayincoupe or somethin (nitrous)
has a rebuilt engine(possibly cuz of nitrous)
primer(accident?)
drag suspensio/setup(run to hell)
only showin the drivers side of the car/cut off engine pic

I was always told not to buy a car in primer.
Who knows what kind of primer it actually is and what its covering. There could be an inch of bondo on it.

having 99 front suspension and 94 disc brakes in the rear is big + looks like a 130 amp alt. looks like lots of goodies but needs a lot of work, I would give maybe 3500 for it, you can take a magnet over the car and where it doesn't stick is bondo
