Default TPS Issues

I tried to adjust my TPS today, and when I put my voltmeter on the green wire, Im only pulling .11 volts. I tried to adjust, but was only able to bring it up to .15 volts. Does this indicate a bad TPS? At the red wire, I only have a constant 5.2 volts, is this low or normal? I ping alot at wide open throttle with 92 octane and 12 degrees timing. So, Im assuming my TPS is causing me to run lean. Any ideas?

replace the tps, mine did the same thing 2 days ago just before i went to race and it was the tps. i was wondering why i couldnt calibrate it. turns out that after i slotted it the screws sank too far down into it and damaged it. the new one without slotting reads 1.00 and it cured my problems.

you should only have 5v source voltage at the TPS, however .15 volts is WAY low.... replace it
