Can someone measure the location of the LX emblem on the trunk of a 87-93.

How far from the left edge and how far up from the bottom?

 

Still got the oval on the other side? The LX emblem is probably the same distance from the bottom and side.

You lookin for an exact placement?

 

23" from the left side edge of the lock to the right edge of the X and 7/8" up from the bottom of the hatch to the bottom of the LX.

 

Exact placement is exactly what I'm looking for Blckstng93.

I see you measured it from the key lock. Does this mean it's the same distance over wheter it's a trunk or a hatch?

 

That would be my guess, and it is a more exact place to measure from. I think a coupe and hatch would be the same.

 

Coupe and hatch from the bottom edge are the same but I found 2 sources that match each other. The distance to the center is different on each.

What is the distance from center? where are they measuring from? I want to measure mine compared to those other ones. I don't see why/how it could be different...the back end is the same width.

The back end is the same width but your hatch goes end to end. The edge of the hatch rear is the edge.
On coupes the trunk sits between the quarter panels. So a trunk lid is narrower than a hatch.
