yeah...make him go down in price...**** i got mine for $3,000 and thats after dealing it down from 3500....you should use every excuse to get less off the price...rims, stereo, chips, old interioir if thats the case...anything to get the price down...if it dont have the a security system say your going to put one on and tell him your probly going to ford to have them put a dealers stock one....that was one of the things i used to get mine down...it works

I drove it and like I said, everything seems solid, nothing loose, pulled decent. Not like the eclipse did though =P. It's a dealer so I don't think I can tell him to keep the 20's and give me the stockers. Oh and about the stereo, it's not that I like to listen to loud music, just figured that would lower the value of the car.

I tried talking the guy down and the lowest he'd go is 5900 out the door. That's about 500 bucks cheaper, not too bad.

HaHa. I'm done with the imports. Thought I'd try out the V8 route. Why you think they are pieces of ****? The go very fast for very cheap.

RE: Asking to much for this 1994 GT?
Crank walk is way over rated. I've owned two 2g eclipse turbo's, had them both over 100k and neither of them walked. Not to mention several of my friends that had them and never walked. But yeah, there are them 1 in 100 cars that might have a symptom of CW.
Either way, I had the following on my 2g GSX
3" Turbo Back exhaust $400.00
Intake with K&N $80.00
Boost Controller $40.00
550cc Injectors $200.00
190LPH fuel pump $80.00
Ported 14b turbo out of a junk yard $80.00 (Ported myself)
SAFC for tuning $200.00
With all that, roughly $1100 in mods, the car went a best of 12.70 at 104 mph. Not to mention the 1.7 60ft on street tires
I upgraded the turbo and intercooler from there but never got a chance to run it before selling the car. Would have gone a hell of alot faster.
