'95 GT stalling when turning!!
I have a '95 GT 5-speed, most of the time when I'm parking(or turning at a roll)I have to keep kicking the throtttle otherwise the rpms go to low and the engine stalls. I thought it might be a power steering pressure sensor, I picked up a sensor that i was told was for my car at a local parts store. But when I checked beneith and throughout my car...I can't find where it is, or where it could even go. To be onest I don't think these cars even came with a power steering pressure sensor. I've even tried cleaning my mass, checked all fluids, changed the air filter, new coolant temp sensor, changed all plugs+wires+cap/rotor, even retimed the ignition correctly. But the same fault is still present, other than that i have no other idle problems..Vehicle has a/c, but fault does not change weither it is on or off..everything is stock right down to the exhaust.
Any help would be great..thanx

RE: '95 GT stalling when turning!!
ok just got done with the same issue, if you remoived your TB you will have to do this
disconnect teh TPS and IAC and start your car, then set the idle screw to where you want the throttle at.
once thats done shut the engine off, then KOEO and use a volt meter and put the black on the black TPS wire and the positive on the green TPS wire, then move the TPS clockwise or counter clockwise to get a reading about .99V then take key out of ignition then disconnect battery for 30 minutes and then hook back up and startt eh car and let the car idle for 2 minutes with no accessories on , then stop car then start car again this time with all accessories on, this way the eec-IV learns the new throttle settings
it sounds like your eec-IV is hunting for the idle
