Dude in my car club bought one and it went south in less than 500 miles. He is now in the process of filing a law suit to try and get his money back.

I have a 306 level 10 DSS with now 5000 miles on it. From day one the rings never seated all the way because i have had blow by since day one. And I talked to Tom and he sayed the rings would seat. I have installed and built motorsmyself and I know the rings should seat in about 10 min. or less. I did all the breakins and so on and I change my oil every 1500 miles or less and when I get on it the oil dipstick gets poped out about a inch. I talked to Tom and he told me it was not there fault I need to check the heads or intake. I told him it was all new and he sayed you never know you just need to look at that first and would not take the blame. So 5000 miles now it runs and the dipstick will come out when I get on it, but it does run. When I went to purchase the motor I thought I would have the lower end built by professionals so I could have the most power. My 302I built by my self ran better and had no problems from day one and I ran the hell out of it for 40000 miles tell I sold it and it cost half the price. Thanks
