Ah ok right on! Thanks man. So when it says that these kits are for off road use only, does that mean that you have to live in an area that doesn't test emissions?

Pretty much means it probablywont pass emissions.

I've got a 95 with the Holley Systemax II kit with all the "recommended" parts. My car put 304 to the wheels without any tuning. Make sure you degree the cam though. With the cam installed "straight up" it was 4 degrees retarded so I was glad that I bought the timing chain kit with the 9 keyways. The recommended parts included full exhaust, 70mm tb and egr elbow, 24 lb injectors, adjustable fpr, 190 lph fuel pump, roller rockers, and a few other things that I'm not remembering at this point. I highly recommend this kit as it just pulled on my buddy's 89 gt with a mix-matched top end with tuning.
