Default clean up and problems

ok so i replaced my U joints and reinstalled my drive shaft. just used a regular 3/8 drive 12 point 12mm socket and just pulled each bolt real tight. i was planning on taking it off again so no need for torque specs. i took it for a spin real quick to make sure there was no vibration anymore, so my problems are clear. btw, i did not get on it or anything. easy take offs just to make sure when i got to speed there was no vibrations.

while i was under the car originally i found there is a SHlT load of mud, dirt, salt, and road grime. it just look terrible. so i got down there and started wire brushing the whole bottom side. (wire brush on angle grinder) it was working wonders. stripped it down to bare metal. hit it with primer and black paint. looks good.

so as i was going i was taking off parts. mufflers, and i was going to do the drive shaft but the bolts are so fuggin tight i cant get them off. i did not cross thread them or use any type of locktight. the bolts were only in for about 3 days since i last had them out. i tried a 1 foot breaker bar and nothing. cannot get them out. WTF!!?? any suggestions? get a longer breaker bar? worst case the bolts break off? any ideas what happened?

Man, i have read it 3 times and i still cant find a clue as to why they would be so tight. I say to just keep tuggin on them, eventually something will have to give. Lefty Lucy, Righty Tighty JK.
