convaluted tubing? and the fan is pulling air, no shroud.

 

convaluted tubing is what covers you wires. that plastic stuff. looks like \/\/\/\/\/\/


i would get a shroud and it should help.....but it wont fix you problem, im willing to bet your not pulling enough CFM's. ask the auto store you bought it from what its rated at
