with trick flows twisted wedge top end kit and supporting mods will the car pass for inspection???

If you get it tuned really well it should. If you just bolt all of the stuff on and don't get a professional tune, it will most likely fail.

It depends how strict your state is. I know california its hard to pass with anything that isn't stock.
