Cold Air Kits

Why are the ebay cold air kits so cheap. Waste of money?

They are inexpensive because thats all they're worth. Name brand cold air intakes are WAY overpriced.

I bought a cheap fenderwell kit off e-bay and it installed/works fine. I can't see spending $100 dollars + on a big name kit, it's just some bent tubing,clamps and filter. I think I paid $35 shipped.
