idle issue fixed *easy*
my car wouldnt idle and i couldn't figure it out.
i have alot of 'ghetto replaced' vaccum lines so obviously i figured just a vaccum leak so i went over every vac line, no leaks.
however, i did find the thick wire that goes under the intake to the charcoal canister was pretty dry rotted and i could even smell gas but i figured it was just vapors.
anyway, i ended up taking the backing nut off the idle screw on my summit throttle body.
this allows for alot more adjustment and the car is idling healthy @ 800 rpm's
just figured i'd throw this out there to save a few headaches

RE: idle issue fixed *easy*
oh ya should just add that this wont fix "surging" idle issues.
my car would idle, just barely @ 500 rpm's and usually die when put into gear.
however, it idles smooth.
