331 Build-up.

So the shortblock is complete. I drive down to pick it up tomorrow. Can't wait! I will post info and pics tomorrow night sometime.

I'm happy for you, but paying someone to build you a motor is not nearly assatisfying as building it yourself.

To say a 347 is better than a 331 is ridiculous.

There are a few factors to consider when deciding which is best.

Congrats on the 331!

They both dyno very similar, and the 331 piston has some boost friendly properties

dont even start.... this has been debated to death on the "good" forum... and quite frankly.. the only reason someone would want to build a 331... is if they wanted to make LESS power... or if they were restricted to a certain CID per racing class standards
