Default NEW Build and BLOCK

Okay, so my lower end in my 85 went out and I'm spraying a 100 shot..which sure didn't help....I'm thinking detonation may have roasted my main bearings and some rod bearings needless to say crank is messed up......But as it was this block is pushing the limits of it's power to faliure rate...meaning on the NOS it has pushed me to low 11's so I just want to build a sturdy foundation so I can quit worrying about when the stock block will split in two....I'm not bored and just should we say tire kicking... so I need some serious opinions to reflect upon...so I can go buy what is needed so here are the questions: oh, if I don't fix my 306...my only option is a 347 no ifs ands or buts!!!
option 1.
1.Where can I get a decent forged 347 kit and a decent price???
2. Where can I get a decent heavy duty 302 block like the sportsman at a decent price???? Cause I don't have 2000 to 3000 for a dart or boss block.
Option 2. (redo my 306 but will need machine work)
1.Where can I buy a decent forged crank at a decent price.....(All I've seen are eagle and scat and they say for 2 piece rear main seal and 28 once external balance..how do I make that work on a roller block which is 1 piece???
