92 LX 5.0, 62K miles. Power steering is noisy and leaking somewhere. I found this one on ebay and hope to find out if this is a decent route to go, or is it crap that will also make noise and fail soon? Is there an accepted way around the noisy power steering problem?

I probably wouldn't want manual steering for a daily driver but to each their own. That would probably work well as a cheape replacement. I'd go for it, especially since you say yours is leaking and such so anything should be better than what you have, even if it's as a temporary replacement.
