i was reading, they really only recomend high rpms for stud mounts and nothing lower than the quality of extruded aluminum with a standard body size, full roller style, not a narrow full roller tip.

I also have the Crane 1.7 pedestals, and haven't had any trouble with them at all. They turn 6,000+rpm with ease.

i got 1.72 Ford racing rr's for about 3 years and i got no problems with them.
