Default Question about the Heaters

anyone else have an old fox body 87-93 that is just terrible with defrosting windows?....I don't know whats wrong with mean...I can feel heat coming out of the correct vents.....but after about 5-10 minutes of warming the glass in the front up...all I get is a little peep hole...

I dread driving the thing in the rain for that reason....is there any particular way to fix this...is it common..

i do believe the back window "sorta" clears up when it gets foggy..

ok so i know this is gonna sound dumb to a lot of people ... but ... if your a/c doesnt work your defrost will not work the way it should. The a/c compressor should run when the defrost is selected . The a/c removes humidity from the air .. what do you think is gonna work the best damp hot air on glass or dry hot air on glass ?.. you guessed it ! the dry air hot or cold will defrost your glass.. get your a/c working & your defrost will work great! If your a/c is working & you still have a problem I dont know what to tell ya... hope this helps.

guess I'd better not drive my t-top in the rain when I finish it, all the AC crap came out...... well half of it was shot anyway
