Default all around, or 2x2???

Ok, I'm going to drive down to summits this week and get some stuff including wheels. I'm trying to decide if i should go with 15x7s all around, or 15x4 in the front and 15x8 in the back. I thought the 15x7s because i could rotate them, thus extending the life of the tire, and also because i take a lot of city turns here in GA, it rains a lot(well used to) and I tend to drive a lot on the highway. I've been told that 15x4s will make you have to be more cautious in all of that, especially rain.

Any thoughts on this??? and if you think i should go 15x8s in the back, which backspacing. Please give me your opinion on practicality, not on what looks badass.

i have skinnies on the front of mine, and i do all around town driving, and i still can't wait to put my winter tires on just so i can have a normal tire up front. i haven't really noticed much wrong when driving it in the rain, but you have to take turns much slower, and you feel bumps more. if you do a lot of highway driving, go 15x7s all around, or why not 15x7s up front and 15x8s out back?

the thing i hate the most is when my front tire will get caught up in those ruts on the highway, and it jerks your steering wheel, so annoying.

well, if i got 15x7s in front and 15x8s in the back, that wouldn't allow any rotation, and i think would defeat the purpose for a 1 in difference.

yeah i know, i hadn't read your "not on what looks badass" part of your post, my bad. i said 15x7 front and 15x8 back so you would have some difference in width, thus, looking cooler

man, now i'm tempted to get skinnies in front, and 15x8 4.5 bs in the back. I just know that the deepness of the 15x7s won't match that of the 15x8s. or will it???
