Default Idle normal then low

I have a question...I've got an 87 gt ...and although this hasn't really bothered me because it hasn't caused any problems what so ever... but I feel that it probably will eventually

in my car...when I'm idling the RPMS will be normal and then go to an almost "stalling" state....but not quite....and then it will jump back to normal, and then it would repeat every 5-10 seconds or so..

it has never stalled because of this...and hasn't affected the performance noticably..

is this common?...whats the fix on that?

Need to start by checking the system for any failure codes.... = DIY KOEO/KOER/Cylinder Balance Self-Test , you may also want to do a Summarized/Corrected Base Idle Reset Procedure
