5900 for a basically stock stang that has a street paint job??[sm=WTFsgign.gif]street paint job = code word for shyty amatuer work.......car now relists for maybe 3500 to 4000

even if it had a show quality paint job i still wouldnt pay 5900 for it.

I know it seems a high but that is why there is "negotiating" But even though it says street quality paint it looks pretty good from the pics. I am probably being to impatient because I need to get rid of my truck. Its hard to find 5.0 fox body mustangs at car lots in my area.

yeh that is way to much if you are from ohio gone on ohio craigslist and type in 1988 mustang gt there is a guy in marrietta that has that gt with very nice mods for 4500 and he has a nice 5.0 lx notch back with a good start on mods driveable with really nice paint for 3500 not to mention all the other nice 5.0's on there for lower than that . butyeh that is too much , far as the term nice street paint job that is the same as saying nice 10 footer paint or nice 40footer paint , it is slang for rough paint work

It seems like on of those cheap spray cover ups. You know trying to hide rust with bondo and fresh paint and sell quickly thereafter before rust breaks through.
