Ordering New X Pipe Quick Question

alright yeah because my dad was saying that it would get exhaust fumes inside the car and that is what im worried about, but would it be louder with it dumping right after the mufflers or out the back facing down?

Look man, when you dump your exhaust it happens about 8' or more right after your muffler. There is an angle or elbow at the end that faces down towards the ground. If you are standing behind the car you can't see the exhaust at all. You would actually have to be under the car or something to see it. Yes there is a chance of getting fumes inside the car but if your worried about the smell of fumes or gas then go buy a luxury car and not a hotrod

Right out of the mufflers. Just a short pipe turned down. No over the axle tailpipes.

yeah i know there is a chance of getting fumes thats not what im really concerned about, its my dad who keeps saying that no matter what im always going to smell fumes and trying to find out exactly what is going to happen and going to dump the exhaust this weekend except i gotta figure something out for my rear bumber because its a saleen ground effects kit and there are holes on each side for the exhaust so i gotta figure something out for that.. any ideas?

It will be louder with the turndowns, but if you are installing the Saleen rear facia, then I would run 2.5" stainless LX tailpipes to fill in the cut-outs in the facia.

i already have the saleen ground kit on the car, so im thinking about leaving about 8-10 inches maybe discussing some options with my exhaust place im taking the car about leaving pipes just so it wont look so bad but then maybe not sure yet
