Seems to me like I remember you've gotten input on both. I gave you a long post about what I've done to mine. Seems like no other poster has done as much to their suspension as I have. Mine is the only car I've seen posted that is set up for Autocross. Boils down to you making your own choices. It's your car and your money.

I built my car several years ago, so prices wouldn't be comparable with what I paid.Any of the advertisers in the major Mustang mags have competitive prices listed. No, mine are not adjustable. I don't really see a need for adjustability on 'em. Others say to use adjustables, but do they actually have 'em? In my experience one of the best improvements you can do to a Fox Chassis, after connectors, strut tower brace, etc, is a rear panhard bar. They are a bit pricey, but, as I said in my first post on your thread, on hard cornering (re, Atuocross), the rear axle can actually move sideways a couple of inches. THis causes major rear steer. Imagine trying to run your car around a tight corner course with you steering the front and the car steering the rear. Take a look a the Maximum Motorsports website. LOTS of info from pros on the topic of Fox Chassis handling.
