when you guys had problems with it what did bbk do? send a new one, refund money?
I bought mine from brother's performance. Their policy is no refunds, only exchanges. I called and told him i expected my money back. He tried not to return my call, but i got back in touch with him and he asked me to talk with bbk because he had already explained my situation to them. BBK were pretty much asshats about the whole thing. Brother's could not beleive how they responded to my problem and they went ahead and gave me a full refund and said they would get their money from bbk. Even paid to ship it back. I bought two of them, they were both messed up bad.
