sh*t. i hope there isnt a warrent for my arrest im only 17. i dont even have my full liscense.
i mean it was one of those mass ticketing where they nail you just as you come around the bend. it was right by a parking lot with (not lying, we counted) 9 cop cars. and a slew of cars they pulled over too.

Yo ISwearItsStock im from MD too! where you from?

Every ticket I have gotten (5 different states) had a court date on it and I had to pay the fine by that date or be in court to fight the case. If you did not show up by that date or did not pay the fine then there should be a warrent out for your arrest and your license has been suspended. If you still have the ticket look around on it and there should be a court date. If you wait and get pulled over for driving on a suspended license, then it is as bad as a DUI so contact them as soon as you can. You can always tell them you thought it was just a warning and act like you did not know better (your young) and there may not be any other fines or it may have just been a warning and you did not need to pay the fine or you can listen to 92cobra and hope for the best. Go luck and watch your speed.

You probably have a warrant for failure to appear. The court date was listed on the citation/summons. Not the responsibility of the courts to contact you. No biggie, call the department that issued the summons and they will tell you if you have a warrant or not and what you owe to make it all go away.

it says on here though, "You will automatically be mailed a notice for trial." and its been 5 months so im guessing they dropped it.

when i got my first one i had to send it in pleding guilty or non guilty, i sent it in as non guilty and in about 2 weeks i receved a letter leting me know that it was being looked at by a procecuter and that i would hear back soon, then another week went by and i got another letter saying that the charges were droped and that i did not have to pay anything or go to any court, but this is CT so it coud be different.

Use that to your advantage in court. Its not like the cop is going to remember what happened 7 months ago.
