JUST call them and see what's going on.. you can petition to change the date and alot of times the officer won't get the paper work or notification of such and will show up without his paper work.. if that happens !! you win!!!..I got off once that way!!

 

I have family in law enforcement. They say the best way to get a ticket is to say you were going with the flow. What you should do is go to court and and ask him for verification of calibration on his radar about the time you got the ticket.

 

^^^^ I like that! Just go in there with glasses on a be like "Yes...I would like verification of the calibration to suppliment these rediculous allegations of enormously high rate of speed at which you proclaim that I was traveling."
