It's not reversed. I forgot to flip the picture when i print screened the picture to make it smaller.

 

Yeah no telling what it is. With Forced induction, it would be a lot easier to reach your 350-400 hp goals, Unless you stroke that engine which costs $$$.. A "power package" on a standard 302 usually doesn't net 350hp, usually more like 300hp.. Good luck, and welcome.
