yo guys the stock amps in my car are starting to die. (the annoying buzz of death) I have the Premium sound package as of now. Wondering what new ones i should get. Suggestions?

You have to bypass it, do you have an aftermarket head unit? What about speakers? You don't really need an amp for high as an aftermarket head unit can push them fine. You would have to run new wires to each speaker and to head unit or buy the amp bypass harness.

yeah those harness's are 20 bucks , the clip for the amp is tucked up on the pass side of the dash and it is a pain to get to .

k. so the problem isnt that amps, but the wiring harness? everything is factory btw

Usually 15 year old speakers need replacing anyway

Stock wireing is crap.Just rewire everything and put in a aftermarket head unit.Does the buzz get higher sounding when your rpms go up?

and yes GreenMachine my speakers buzz louder as my RPMs go up, sounds like a freaking KB

Sounds like a bad ground.Ive had that happen to me in mine,That buzz drove me crazy.But i also have an after market setup.Could also be remote turn on wire or rca cables.(if the factory setup came with those)
