He started at 10.5k, down to 9 now.

Only problem, it's on the stock block, and a T-5. So no more boost 'till I get a Dart block and a TKO.

One more question- what's so great about GT40 heads, intake? I keep reading about them...

They are a cheap upgrade from the E7 heads that came on our cars. They are quite a few people making decent power from them with port work. They still dont hold a candle next to aftermarket aluminum heads. $9000 seems pretty low considering the work apparently done to the car. I would def check it out, or have a mechanic look at it.

Definitely doing that. When I go down there, I'm going to take a friend who's ASE certified and have a good look at it. I've also got the guy tracking down every recipt he's got for the car.

+ 1

That thing could still get 500 to the wheels and be reliable with a good tune. My buddie has a single T-70 feedin a 347 stroker 9lbs and is puttin 520 to the wheels.

Weak, because he's running the stock block. I wouldn't want to blow it into a million peices either...

The turbos are fine. You dont need huge turbos when you have twins.

He can still get 500 out of that block. So long as he has good machine work, main studs, head studs, etc.
