woah woah woah, how come no one is informing him with the 4 eyed mustangs...... figures!!!,
79-85 were carbed (the 1980 model was not a 302 ci, so dont get it!!!)
86 was the last 4 eye and the first sefi car!!! the first one with the 8.8 rear end, and third brake light!!!
four eyed pride ftw!!! you don't see alot of them compared to aero noses and look pretty sleek

RE: fox bodys
I think foxbody's are one the absolute best bang for your buck car. Looks, I think they look amazing and have only met a handful who didnt agree. If they dont like fox bodies, they just dont know what they are missing. They also have and unbelievable amount of companies to choose from when buying parts. I would give you a list but it would be a couple thousand names long. I have a 88GT and a 93GT and love them both (88 is a project car though). And about buying a 93 without forged pistons. Unless you plan on adding lots of boost theres no reason to worry about it at all. And if your going to spend the money to pus 10+ psi than just spend the money and have the motor rebuilt before you do so. Its a wise insurance investment anyway. To to sum it all up, I have two fox bodies and dont regret either of them one bit. Only thing is that you might go broke after buying one since you will most likely spend all of your hard earned cash on it Anyone here can agree with that lol...

RE: fox bodys
+1 on the vert's
i payed $5100 for my car, but its pretty mint...........except for the top
the top is all jacked up, and its going to cost me alot to get it fixed.
but when summertime rolls back around, it will all be worth it

RE: fox bodys
Definately the best bang for your buck. My brothers had three and im on my first. I payed 4200, perfect interior, straight body, older guy.. I still have the original window sticker for the car. This car is great and so cheap to modify. Definately can get out of hand in the rain but so with all RWD cars. Hope you find one that works for you.

RE: fox bodys
the fox body mustang is by far the best out there i think they are lighter than the sn95 style , upgrades are plentiful , and take your pick i like from 82-93 , yes they do get a little squirlly and they do get loose in the rain , but some suspension mods and you are good .most people down them cause they are not the new hottness but as the old saying goes ( old fords never die they just keep going faster !)
