kirban fuel pressure reg

i want to buy on eoff ebay but my question is if its used will have to buy new orings/gaskets? also how do you know what your pressure is reading can you get a gauge "Not Autometer" that goes on the rail or regulator?

you can get a fuel presure tester, or you can get a gauge that permanently mounts to the rail
