Default Finally Lights On

For those who remember me months ago asking for wiring help on headlights and looking for a whole new harness I finally got it fixed. I haveatleast 80+ hours invested over the past 3 months. The guy who owned the car before me had the wiring all F-ed up. When I changed the headlight switch electrical tape came off spliced wires and caught fire.I removed dash and replaced the wires but was blowing fuses. I traced almost every wire in that car. What helped was my 82 Notch, I was able to determine which wires did what since everything worked. There was atleast 3 wiring problems in the headlights. Hard enough to find 1. Once I found the fuse blowing prob I had all but headlight and high beams. After several trial and error, adding power to this and that I found the right set-up. Had to bypass most factory wiring and made my own. The high beams were the hardest. Everything works right from the switch, high beam lever works, and all signals. I am so relieved. Now I can insatll my nicely painted dash.

Ialso want to say that I have painted several cars, rebuilt my 2.3 Turbo, did a head swap on the 5.0, smoothed the engine bay, plus everything else you can do but this was the hardest thingI ever done. Its so easy to get down,I never thoughtI would get it, it put alot of stress on my life and made me depressed. I really haven't driven it much since the head swap, never thought i would either
