Default new 5.0 owner...

im not to new new to th mustang thing... i have a 4 banger mustang 2... i just bought a 91 gt from a buddy... the car ran like ****! so i started taking the ar apart just o carb it so i wouldnt have anymore issues... as i plled the fuel rail off of it i noticed that 3 injectors were missing caps... so i figured that was it... so i went to summit and bought 24 injec and the granitelli mass air to match it... a pedelum spacer for the trick flow intake mainafold (which were on the car before) and the bbk cold air... so i get it all together and the car runs a hell of alot better... but it still seems to run like ****... i put new plugs in it... o2 sensors are brand new... i havve the fuel pressure reg all the way closed... if i open it the car runs even worst... any ideas? oh a and the car is an auto... and sorry i cant spell...

not sure if it affects it but 24lbs are wayyyyy overkill for your relatively stock motor.
that could be why you have to have the regulator basically closed.

yeah, go back and get some 19lbs, and the correctly calibrated MAF also, check your sensors, the EGR (unless blocked off) the IAC, TPS, try seamfoaming the car, check for vaccumn leaks, etc some elbow greasewill get her good asnew.

also, try replacing the throttlebody gasket, could be leaking
