ok so on my way to work tonight my high beams cut all the way off but my low beams still work. this is the second time this has happend to me and both times on a smoth road. tonight it was raining and the other time if i remember right there was water on the road from the snow melting but that wouldnt get the head lights wet. i dont realy do wirering i can but i dont like to so any help would be helpfull.
