Holley if care about how much power you have and want better tunability. Carter/Edlebrock if you just want somthing that bolts on and runs. On all my carbed cars I always ran a Demon/Barry Grant.

the only holly i have ever had is the stock one on my 85 was thinking of going edelbrock only because i know how to adjust them. i have never learned how to tune a holly.
