throttle issue

so my throttle has been pretty stiff latley. i am not quite sure what the problem is. when i press the gas pedal i must apply alot of pressure and then it pops, and sometimes theres no issues and it works fine.

Your linkage is binding somewhere. If you dont fix it, one of those pops will be your last because it will break and leave you stranded.

you most likely need a new cable as it may have worn though thee inner nylon protective sheath...fix it asap..cause if it pops one time and sticks......it'll throttle you right into the back of someone[&:]
