Default DynaPack Dyno

Last summer I had my engine rebuilt (mods in sig). I went to a local performance shop and had it tuned and dynoed. The dyno was the Dynapack Dyno. http://www.dynapackusa.com/product.htm .I have never seen this type of dyno before and was wondering if anyone has had their car dynoed on one of these and what the difference is between this dyno and the mustang or dynojet dyno.

Dynapack's usually measure ~10% higher.
