only 302's ever rated close to that at flywheel are 60's 289's and 302's.when compression was king and high octane was as prevalant as water from a fountain.....you have at or just under 200 rwhp and that's being generous....take your car to the track and get an et then we can give you a more accurate number
SAE gross horsepower is an overestimated number. In all reality, the cars rated at 220 gross hp from the 60's were more like 200 actual hp at the flywheel. You have an intake and exhaust on a stock engine, so yeah, 180rwhp......on a good day.
