Cant tell you guys how many times ive had problems because my car sounds like its going fast to ignorant ****s. Ive had to stop and throw it in reverse just to call people out about yelling 'slow down!' at me. As long as your not doing anything wrong, **** your neighbors. And to anyone that says **** when your abiding by the law, just let them know they are wrong and they probably wont bother you again.

 

oh yeah, that reminds me, after school yesterday, me and some of my friends were going to the local hangout area (outdoor shopping plaza) and going in, theres this roundabout, and everyone cuts it short, i do, but theres kids crossing, so i slow down, wait go, and see theres someone there, and i was a little narrow, so i adjust my circle and go to the outside, during which i had clutched, and then proceded to give it a little rev and let off the clutch, and then the chick whom i had just adjusted to not hit honks at me for no reasong, i was nowhere near hitting her, she had no real to honk, so i rev the car (my natural response when people do **** like that) and then park, and as im walking up the chick pulls up to me, and procedes to tell me how fast i was going and that i was endangering children (note: had i not just stopped to wait for children, this claim may have been valid) to which i replied that i was not going fast and she should think before bitching someone out for something they didnt do, and then she procedes to tell me that she honked at me because i revved my car, and then tells me i should grow up, to which i responded that she should go **** herself


Cliff notes: bitch gets mad at me for doing nothing wrong, and then procedes to tell me what i did, of which she has no idea, and then tells me i need to grow up, to which i respond that she needs to go **** herself

i dont care if i get flamed for this, because if you flame me, your retarded, i did nothing wrong.




also, a similar thing happened to my friend, he was driving in a 45 zone going 50, no biggie, and theres a couple cars in front of him, and a line of slow moving cars to his right (hes in the left of 2 lanes) and this lady in a hyundai procedes to pull diagonally into her lane with no signal, and stop. to make a long sentence shorter, he stopped sideways about 2 inches from hitting her (read, he drives an 87 turbo mitsubishi. . .) and then the bitch moves back into the previous lane, at this point, hes pissed, because, had his car not had slotted rotors and such, he would have plowed into her, possibly injuring/killing either him or his sister in the passenger seat, so he procedes to rev 1st to redline, and shift next to her (read again: 19lbs of boost and a loud *** blow off valve) and she yet again pulls out and follows him to school, where she starts bitching him out, saying he was "going way too fast" and he was endagering childred (read, yet again, this is a day after a kid died because he ran into a truck on his bike, HE ran into a parked truck, not the other way around) and so he just sits there, letting his anger simmer, as she takes him to the principals office to report him or something, but then she thinks about it and realizes he could probably sue her, and leaves

NEw cliff notes: chick cuts off my friend on purpose and stops, which could have been deadly for him/his sister, and he passes her and makes his BOV go off, and she follows him, tells him that he was speeding, while he was going 5 over at most, and then tries to get HIM in trouble, but then realizes that she could get sued for child endangerment.

I am not old nor am I crotchety and I bet my car is louder than everyone inthis thread, but I never have issues in my area because I do act like an *** with it. There is a huge differance between being a respectfull person and an ***, some of the people in this thread are clearly the latter. Someone said there is a time and a place for everything and that is the truth.

Basically all I'm saying is people need to relax and mind there own business. If my neighbors choose not to get along with me because of the car I drive than they can go ***k themselves. I too have kids and own a home and understand when there is a time to play and not to play. People like some of my neighbors will always have a problem with something no matter what.

 

yea i get the same thing a lot in my 98 gt with slp loud mouth 2 but i dont care i rip up and down my street cops come tell me stop they dont do any thing. now they dont even call them any more they gave up.
