any benefiets to it? Does it do what they say? Any specific brand? Pretty much just trying to find out if htere is any difference between octane booster and fuel injector cleaner cuz some tend to smell the same.

 

smwll has nothing to do with the function the two perform...octane booster does just that to prevent pinging/detonation and fuel injector cleaner is for cleaning carbon deposits...octane booster tends to skew plug readings by leaving a orange residue..I used to have an 11 to 1 306 and often used octane booster ....I often used the NOS brand/race formula with good results..but it was hard to get a plug reading from residue left on plugs
