Default 89 lh convert

my name is wayne, im using my buddies forum to ask a couple of questions. I have a 89 lh convert 5.0, ive had it for a year or so, when i got it it was stock, 102.000 miles, performance parts i have put on include bbk intake, 75mm throttle body, bbk shorty headers, bbk underdrive pulleys, bbk h pipe with high flow cats flowmaster 40 series mufflers, king cobra hd stage 2 clutch, bbk adjustable clutch quadrent and cable, msd 6al ignition, aluminum water pump, 160 degree thermostat, aurburn trulock diff with richmond 4:10 ring and pinion, frpp aluminum drive shaft, subframe connectors, rear seat deleate, 16 inch pony rims with nitto 555 for a little grip, hurst short trough shifter, up graded brakes and other little odds and ends. My question to you is if any body has any idea what i should run at the track, ive tried to get it past tech but a crack in my windsheild held me back from finding out my self. any quess on 1/4 mile times and trap speed ? ur reply is greatly appreciated.......the car has no problem chirpin 4th
now for the real questions...... i recently stripped it down and sent the bottom end to a local machine shop to get an all forged 331 stroker kit, steel crank, h beam rods the whole shabang!!!!![sm=goodidea.gif] my questions revolve around top end packages, im dead set on using afr 205cc race prepped heads i plan on using a procharger blower or a vortec system, which would you recommend??? Im trying to figure out which manifold, cam, ect i should use with a set of afr heads, i would like to have the car down in mid 11's with as much hp and torque as possible, ur comments are greatly appricieated

Use a procharger or the new V3 from vortech, the best centi blows are the ones with their own oiling system.

Procharger - hands down

Custom cam - www.camshaftinnovations.com
custom cam is worth its weight in goal.
No guessing, its made for what you want and what you have.

Holley Sys II intake or
Edlebrock Vic Jr. EFI intake with 90* TB elbow.

Will easily run low 10's with 331 with 205's and blower.
