Quick tune up question

What kind of sparkplugs should i use. Someone recommended Autolites and to stay away from platinums for the 5.0. I tried using the search function and no luck. So anyone have any suggestions?

Copper autolites or NGK, both are the same price. Your wasting money on fancy plugs.
