i'm currently replacing my old radiator in my 1990 5.0 lx but i'm having a problem, i got the old one off but in that process there were 2 metal pipes coming off of the radiator that twisted and snapped, opps, i dont know what these metal tubes are called, i think they go to the tranny, and i also dont know where to find them i've checked napa auto and pepboys, they look at me like i dont know what i'm talking about, cause i dont, please help me

 

They are for the trans cooler. You'll have to fab some new ones.

 

any idea where i can possibly buy these, cause i suck at fabricating

 

Just get some line from an auto parts store and splice it together.

 

you'll need a flare tool to do it right and buy some line like pro50sc stated and fab away

 

buy some used ones on ebay. you dont gotta fab ****.
