I read that the ignition module on a 94-95 5.0 is not attached to the distributor. This was done to keep the extreme heat from the motor fromdamaging the module. Where exactly is it located and would it be posible to retrofit that distributor and module into an 87-93?

 

you'd need to rewire stuff and easiest way is an sn'95 harness but not really worth it....although they are a common failure they last a while if cheap ones are not bought
