Solid Engine Mounts?

Default Solid Engine Mounts?

What do you guys know? I was looking to replace mine since they have 140k on them nowfor when I do the engine swap

if it's street driven....I'd use polyurethane ones

yea I can tell you from experience solids will let you feel every thing from the motor we had to use them when we put the turbo on my wife's car due to the down pipe hitting the poly mount we had on it before you will still feel more with the polysthen you would with the stock ones but it is not near as bad and they are much stronger. I also was reading where one guy that ran solids on a stock block with a high HP the block would flex and the freeze plugs would pop out after this happening 2 times they put back on a softer mount and the problem went away. just another testament of the stock block not taking big HP numbers
