with 60k i would use syntethic. once you go syntethic you shouldnt go back to regular oil. i use syntethic oil inmy trans and rear end. its just better.msd has a cap and rotor for there ignition systems. but the oem will do the job. denso plugs are what i would go with, but bosch also would do good. the oem ones they have not those 4 prong things i have heard of them burning to hot. but i hope i helped out alittle let me know what you end up going with.

don't use platinum plugs 5.0's run the same if not better with copper plugs then plat's and the coppers are much cheaper.
I'd run autolite 24's, its what i run in my 347 and they're only 1.50 a piece!
but most places should sell a msd cap and rotor for like 25 bucks so i'd recommend you just get that.

Stock plugs for a 302 are autolite 25's. I would not switch to synthetic especilly since it only has 60k which is a good bit of sitting time which in turn dries out the seals and gaskets. Synthetic does not treat old seals well.
