its like 100 bucks for a new one, its pretty straight forward, the bitch is if your tank has any gas whatsoever, prepare to become combustable

basically, jack the back end up pretty high, undo the 4 bolts for the filler neck up by the filler under the car, put a jack or something to support the tank in place, undo the 2 bolts holding the straps in. After some finnessing which involves removing the filler neck from the tank, pull it out. Use a screwdriver to knock the retaining ring loose, pull out the assembly, put in the new pump, rewire, whatever you gotta do, and reverse the process

have help, its a bitch to do alone

Definitely have a person help you, worst job I've ever done on my car.

Along with the fuel pump it would be a good idea to buy a new lock ring and gasket along with the filler neck gasket, there's a good chance you'll screw it up taking it out and even if u don't it's good to replace it.

i did mine by myself and didn't replace anything but the pump, used the same lock ring, same gasket and ****. don't have any problems leaking or anything, just have a problem with teh car running haha. it took me like 2 hours to do it by myself, with 2 jacks, and all the necessary tools. but however don't use a screwdriver to knock out the lock ring, use a piece of wood or something brass cause otherwise you'll risk causeing a spark and spark plus gas isn't good.
